Toilet overflows at Church near Kinston, NC

This soaked carpet is in the hallway of a church near Kinston, NC. With SERVPRO of Lenoir, Duplin and Jones Counties trained technicians on the job within an hour, they were able to dry save the existing carpet. The office manager and the pastor of the church were very thankful that we responded so quickly. The after picture was taken a couple of days after the carpet was dried with our air mover fans. The baseboard was reinstalled the next day. They were very thankful that church services were still able to be held a the next Sunday without any disruptions.
