Flooded Bedroom in Kinston, NC

This flooded bedroom in Kinston, NC was the result of a broken water pipe from the toilet in the customers adjacent master bathroom. All of the existing carpet had to be removed and replaced in the bedroom and also in the walk- in closet. There was a lot of drying time required between the times the photos were taken. Our customer was hoping to have everything completed by Thanksgiving, but we had to wait on the carpet from the supplier. In the end the customer was very satisfied with the work completed by SERVPRO of Lenoir, Duplin and Jones Counties.
