Restaurant Leaky Roof Damage in Kinston, NC

The before picture is of a restaurant floor and the water that leaked in overnight through the roof as a result of a severe thunderstorm. Even though the restaurant owners used large trash cans and buckets to catch the water once they got there, the hardwood floor was already damaged. The hardwood floor was mostly damaged on one side of the dining area, but the entire floor had to be replaced. The after picture was taken one week after the incident. We worked very hard to make sure their restaurant was able to be open for business as soon as possible. The restaurant owners were thrilled with the outcome and very appreciative that SERVPRO of Lenoir, Duplin and Jones Counties responded so quickly.
